DEPOSITS & BALANCES

Deposit is 1/3 with order, with balances at first and final dress fittings.

All garments remain the property of The Wedding Workshop until full costs have been paid and funds bank cleared.

In the event that final material choices have not been made at time of booking, please be aware prices may vary from estimate.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit card or Bank transfer.

 

REFUNDS

Deposits are not refundable or transferable to other orders. In the event of a wedding being cancelled or postponed, the balance must be paid in full and the goods collected.

 

WEIGHT CHANGE INCLUDING PREGNANCY

Any planned weight change should be discussed at the time of booking. At the designers discretion, a date can be arranged whereby no further weight change should take place.

No responsibility shall be taken for a dress no longer fitting due to extreme loss/gain (e.g. a whole dress size), pregnancy, or other circumstances out of our control.

 

FITTINGS

Fittings are by appointment. During fittings shoes and underwear must be those intended for the wedding day. Final fit within a week of the wedding date.

Please approve fabric for gown before first dress fitting. We accept no responsibility for variations in fabric colour and texture that may be imposed on us by the manufacturers from time to time.

 

PLEASE NOTE

No alterations will be undertaken by us after the date of the wedding or in the event of cancellation or postponement. Surcharges will be made for any major changes from the approved design and toile. We accept no responsibility for the suitability of a wedding dress outside its intended purpose.
